Go outside and take energy from the sun, and breathe fresh air, connect to the nature. Sun strength immune systems. Breathing-in is getting in touch with life, breathing-out is letting go of what we don't need anymore.

Try to be with whom you are aligned with and laugh. Make time for what you want to do and vibrate higher frequencies.

Eat and sleep well. What you eat becomes who you are and sleeping is accessing subconscious minds.
