Welcome to the SPRING RETREAT in the magical place between the Montreux spring flowers, delicious Gruyère cheese and Les Diablerets glacier on the 3-5th of March, 2023!

About the event
Now it’s the best time to think about your spring resourcing weekend in the beautiful Alps and the shores of Geneva (Leman) lake. Spring is the season of rebirth, and we should profit from this energy by connecting to it. On the other hand, in the Alps, it's still a winter time with it's white beauty, so the blend of both seasons is deeply transforming.
Activities:
* visit of Gruyère, Montreux and Glacier 3000 with its Peak Walk bridge,
* connection to nature hikes,
* yoga & meditations (suitable for beginners),
* art therapy.
Programme:
• Friday - Gruyère region;
• Saturday - Montreux (travel by the Belle Époque train);
• Sunday – Glacier 3000 and Les Diablerets region.
• Price: 730 fr, excluding transport costs and drinks
Note: The program modifications can occur due to the weather conditions, so the day activities could be interchanged.
