Spring retreat 1

Now it’s the best time to think about your spring resourcing weekend in the beautiful Alps and at the shores of Geneva (Leman) lake. Spring is the seaon of rebirth, and we should profit from this energy by connecting to it. On the other hand, in the Alps it's still winter time with it's white beauty, so the blend of both seasons is deeply resourcing.

Activities:

* visit of Gruyère village, Montreux and Glacier 3000 with its Peak Walk bridge,

* connection to nature hikes (1 snow-shoe hike),

* yoga & meditations (suitable for beginners),

* art therapy.

Programme:

• Friday - Gruyère region and cheese factory;

• Saturday - Montreux (travel by the Belle Époque train);

• Sunday – Glacier 3000 and Les Diablerets region.

Note: The program modifications can occur due to the weather conditions, so the day activities could be interchanged.

If you are hesitating to book because of the Covid situation, please, do not worry to reserve your place. You will be reimbursed in case of sickness or changes in sanitary conditions. Participants need a 2G pass (as for now).
